CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT, OFA3 Regular Langdale   As a Regular Customer Service Attendant, you prepare and serve a variety of foods and beverages including assisting in the preparation and presentation of menu items; taking passenger orders; ensuring cleanliness and readiness of passenger and kitchen areas; performing housekeeping and major cleaning routines throughout the vessel; and other related duties as required.   You possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a high volume customer focused environment in  a physically demanding job, and are an excellent communicator with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.  In addition, you are an innovative team player who works well under pressure with the ability to be flexible and adapt to a change in task when necessary.   Interested? ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – CATERING AND RETAIL OPERATIONS Vancouver   Working as part of a dynamic results-driven team, you provide high level, efficient and confidential administrative services to the Executive Director, Catering Operations and Director, Retail Services.   You are responsible for planning and coordinating the provision of executive support services to the office and for ensuring the Executive Director, Catering Operations and Director, Retails Services are fully briefed on all emerging and ongoing issues. You act as the principle liaison between various offices and senior management, provide administrative support, and provide budgetary assistance. You carry out confidential and sensitive assignments; and manage administrative operations to ensure effective coordination and timely completion of administrative tasks and divisional programs.   You bring a wide breadth of experience as an administrative professional with a certificate or diploma in Business or Office Administration and a minimum of five years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant. You are a self-starter with high initiative and excellent judgement. You are highly organized with a strong commitment to customer service and a proficient team player able to work with multiple departments simultaneously. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to work well under time constraints and prioritize competing tasks appropriately.
