CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT Langdale Seasonal   As a seasonal on-call Customer Service Attendant, you prepare and serve a variety of foods and beverages including assisting in the preparation and presentation of menu items; taking passenger orders; ensuring cleanliness and readiness of passenger and kitchen areas; performing housekeeping and major cleaning routines throughout the vessel; and other related duties as required.   You possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a high volume customer focused environment in  a physically demanding job, and are an excellent communicator with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.  In addition, you are an innovative team player who works well under pressure with the ability to be flexible and adapt to a change in task when necessary.   Interested? CUSTOMER SALES AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES Seasonal Employment Victoria   Are you a strong team player committed to delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for new team members to join our dynamic Customer Service Team. As a first point of contact to the public, you respond to customer telephone enquiries and requests, book, cancel and modify travel for our customers, and provide professional and timely information and assistance regarding all aspects of BC Ferries' operations.    In this role, you work full-time in a call centre environment and are available for various shifts (mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on call) across our hours of operation (6am-10pm Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm on weekends).    We provide an intensive 4-week training program with pay, which requires you to be present every day of training. Class starts on May 27.   As the ideal candidate, you bring your positive attitude and excellent communication skills coupled with 1 year of applied experience in sales and customer service related environments.  You have successfully completed Grade 12 and have an intermediate to advanced proficiency with computers and their applications, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Social Media experience is an asset. Training will be provided for our reservation booking system, and other software tools used in our Customer Service Centre.   Join us!
