The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a Revenue Team Lead to join our Revenue & Accounts Receivable team. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative accounting professional who combines strong analytical expertise with a passion for leadership, process improvement, and operational excellence. 

In this team lead role, you'll guide a team of revenue professionals while overseeing critical revenue accounting and order-to-cash activities. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, Marketing, and Security, you'll help ensure the accuracy and completeness of revenue reporting, strengthen internal controls, support audit and compliance activities, and contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements that enhance systems, efficiency, and the overall customer experience. The Role 

Reporting to the Manager, Revenue & Accounts Receivable you add value by key areas of oversight such as: 

• Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of Revenue Analysts, TPASS Administrators, Senior Revenue Accounting Clerks, and Revenue Support Clerks while coordinating daily activities, onboarding, training, and development initiatives; 

• Overseeing revenue accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, account reconciliations, adjusting entries, and financial reporting activities; 

• Analyzing revenue and operational data to identify trends, control deficiencies, compliance risks, and opportunities to improve business processes and financial performance; 

• Monitoring compliance with revenue policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements supporting audit activities and investigations as required; 

• Providing subject matter expertise on order-to-cash processes, revenue accounting, and related policies and procedures to internal and external stakeholders: 

• Supporting projects, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, controls, and the customer experience; 

• Contributing to departmental planning, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence and productivity; 

• Providing vacation coverage for the Assistant Manager, Revenue; 

What you bring to the team 

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline. 

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in order-to-cash processes, auditing, accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Experience analyzing financial data, preparing reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting processes. 

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members while leading change and continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound business recommendations. 

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. 

• A collaborative and customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and service excellence. 

• Sound judgment, professionalism, and integrity, with the ability to take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to departmental and organizational goals.

Additional information 

The target salary range: $77,300 - $96,600 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.
