The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Master to join our Simulator Training Centre (STC) team as a Shore Captain – Bridge Simulation Training. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and delivering high-quality bridge simulation training that supports safe, consistent, and best-practice navigation across the fleet.
You will work directly with Masters and deck officers to strengthen bridge team performance through coaching, assessment, and structured learning. This is a hands-on role where your operational expertise will directly inform training design, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Additional information
The target salary range: $135,600-$150,700 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.
