The Opportunity
BC Ferries is embarking on an important transformation with the implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM) solution. We are hiring two Business Operations Functional Leads to take on key roles in this transformation, ensuring our systems and processes are designed to fully support our organizational goals.
These critical roles within the HR Improvements Program (HRIP) will oversee a specific functional area, lead solution design and implementation, and ensure operational excellence in one of the largest and most impactful initiatives at BC Ferries.

Additional Information
The target salary range: $105,200 - $131,500 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge and experience, and on internal equity.
