The Role
As Regional Terminal Manager, you will lead the operations of multiple terminals through a team of managers and supervisors, ensuring that daily activities support the achievement of corporate objectives and strategic priorities. You will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and pride, where every team member understands how their work contributes to broader organizational success.

This role also emphasizes strong community and stakeholder engagement. By maintaining open communication with customers, union representatives, and local partners, you will ensure terminals reflect the organization’s values, strengthen community trust, and reinforce the alignment between operational execution and corporate objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and empower a team of managers to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused terminal operations aligned with corporate goals and strategic priorities.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with union representatives, employees, and stakeholders to promote engagement, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strengthen community connections, positioning terminals as trusted, reliable, and valued gateways that support the organization’s mission.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, service quality, and customer and employee experience.

This role offers the opportunity to lead with impact; ensuring operational excellence, advancing corporate goals, enhancing the customer experience, fostering employee engagement, and strengthening community trust across multiple terminals.

What you bring to the team

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing a passenger transportation terminal, preferably marine transport.
