ASSOCIATE TECHNICAL ANALYST - IMAC/WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

12-month Term

Victoria

 

The Opportunity

You work with the Technology Services team in support of the Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) process through your role as IMAC/Warehouse Coordinator. You process service requests; ensure accuracy of orders; coordinate and maintain the inventory management process; and provide end-user support for Windows-based computers.

 

You are a clear and concise communicator with the proven ability to work within diverse teams while establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships. You are a multi-tasker with strong problem-solving skills and with the ability to work well under pressure in an energetic, fast-paced environment.

 

What you bring to the team

You have a degree or diploma in Computer Science or other IT-related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. MCSE certification, ITIL certification and/or PMI Membership or enrolment in a Project Management Certification program will all be considered assets.

 

You have a minimum 3 years’ experience working on a variety of assignments in an IT technical/analytical role with an ability to resolve customer problems and recommend suitable strategies for the management and maintenance of the desktop environment.
