The Opportunity
We are searching for a visionary leader who can inspire a large and diverse team of 10 professionals in a dynamic environment to join our team. As a Director, Food and Retail Programs, you lead and oversee the development and implementation of the strategic and operational plan for Food and Retail programs encompassing 64 outlets in 21 locations.
Your core responsibilities include concept and menu development, establishing standards including production, merchandising, food safety standards, product selection and procurement of goods for resale, contract and vendor management, warehousing and inventory management, cost of sales accounting and financial analysis and quality control inspections.

What you bring to the team
You have completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality Management or related fields. You bring 10+ years’ experience in Food & Beverage and/or Retail management at a senior management level in a large, multi-unit organization.

Additional information
The target salary range: $155,100 - $193,900 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
