The opportunity
We are searching for a PMO Manager to lead our IT PMO team. As a Manager, you are responsible for the implementation and management of a Project Management Office (PMO), and you play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining project management best practices, fostering collaboration, and driving consistent project delivery outcomes. You are responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimizing project workflows, and enhancing project delivery capabilities to support our organization's growth and success. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of project management methodologies, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to inspire and empower cross-functional teams. You proactively identify opportunities to enhance project management practices, tools, and methodologies, focusing on fostering collaboration, agility, and adaptability within the organization. You champion the adoption of advanced project management technologies, automation, and data analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize project outcomes.

What you bring to the team
You have a Degree or Diploma in Business, Computer Science or an IT related discipline. ITIL, PMP and scaled Agile Certification would be an asset. In addition, you have 10 years progressive project and program management experience, which includes a comprehensive working knowledge of project management and systems development lifecycle methodologies, combined with experience establishing and managing a PMO. Experience with MS Project and MS Project Server is preferred.
You have demonstrated the ability to motivate and positively engage staff and lead teams with the ability to earn their trust.

Additional information
The target salary range: $95,600 - $119,500 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
