SENIOR TECHNICAL ANALYST (Infrastructure)
As a key member of the Information Technology team, you are responsible for managing a complex physical and virtual server hosting environment and storage infrastructure.
You provide technical expertise in the areas of capacity and performance management, server administration and hosting, virtual server technologies and enterprise storage area networks and backups. You manage shore and vessel server rooms throughout the fleet, and provide daily operational support to multiple Data Centres. You also have experience with Active Directory, Group Policy and VMware technologies.
You are highly collaborative and you have excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. You are focused on delivering effective quality technical solutions to meet the organizations needs. You have the ability to effectively facilitate and promote individuals to work together to meet common goals.
You have a Degree or a Diploma in Computer Science or an IT-related discipline and/or an equivalent combination of education, training, and significant on the job experience in Information Technology.
Microsoft certification (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP) and VMware certifications are highly desirable. Enterprise storage deployment and administration as well as Linux Administration are also desirable.
