INTERMEDIATE TECHNICAL FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

You are a collaborative, self-motivated individual, responsible for the Oracle Payroll ERP application. You provide Oracle Payroll functional consulting services, and recommend policy and procedural changes relating to system applications.
As a point-of-contact, you assist users in resolving problems, and provide support in the testing and training of specific sustainment release projects. You test systems for patches, upgrades, compatibility, and security with other systems, and you develop comprehensive scripts and/or auditing of existing scripts.
You resolve Oracle ERP Payroll system problems and analyse and document business and user needs (i.e. problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up). You also maintain and monitor systems, ensuring application interfaces are performing with integrity. You define and perform maintenance, back-up and recovery procedures and reporting needs.
You work cooperatively within diverse teams, while maintaining consistent, high-level customer satisfaction. You are an organized, systematic problem-solver, with a demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and processes aimed at enhancing work quality, performance, and productivity.
You have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or an IT related discipline. Experience in PL/SQL development is required, in addition to experience and/or knowledge with RDBMS concepts. Experience in application, data design, data modeling and a good understanding of Oracle Databases would be considered assets.
