TEAM LEAD MAINTENANCE APPLICATIONS (MAXIMO)
Victoria, BC (Head Office)
You are a collaborative, innovative leader responsible for leading the Maximo Maintenance team. You provide leadership to the team that provides design, development and support of the Maintenance Maximo application and integrations. You ensure appropriate user-level security of sensitive information and are responsible for customer relationship management, training, leadership and communications on these solutions. You manage the team and the day to day IT operations activities, ensuring high availability for all Maximo Maintenance services.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. You have a proven ability to lead and motivate others and to work with diverse teams to achieve organizational goals. You have a demonstrated commitment to quality and the ability to drive toward results.
You have a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or IT-related discipline. You have experience leading teams in an IT environment. You have experience and/or knowledge of Maintenance applications (i.e. Maximo), and with Supply Chain processes.
